kobota m 9540 front hub problem

the left front hub bearing went out in my m 9540, pulled it off took hub to dealer they replaced bearing and seal. put it back together and now its got shavings again and poping again. i flushed out the gear oil before re installing. any thoughts on what is causing this to go out so soon only put about 10 hrs on new bearing. thanks for any help.

sounds like they didn't fix it I would take it back

Hard to say for sure by your description which bearing "went out", and where exactly the debris from said bearing wound up. If your failure was an outer axle bearing, a simple flushing probably isn't enough to clean out all the spaces within the planetary gears. If you had bearing fragments between the gears, ten hours running can produce some expensive damage. The popping your hearing could be chunks of gear teeth.

G'day was preload set properly on the bearing? If it was overtightened then brg could collapse in a short period.
