Hi all,
I have a Craftsman GT tractor with a 26HP Koehler Courage engine on it. It's 3 years old with 150 hours, and has developed a major leak in the lower oil seal.
It seems this is a known problem, and I noticed that the seal has been updated since the tractor was released. I ordered a replacement from Outdoor Distributors and plan to install it myself.
Does anyone have any hints or tips for doing this? I've seen people use a PVC pipe to seat the new seal in the oil pan.
