Kohler 14 HP K321S Help

I'm trying to replace the front oil seal on a Kohler K321S 14HP horizontal engine. Does anyone know how much of the engine I need to disassemble and whether the seal goes in from the outside or the inside? I haven't taken anything apart yet although I did buy a full gasket and seal set. Also does anybody have a PDF version of the Service Manual for this engine. Kohler has no cost PDF service and parts manuals on it's web site for all it's never engines but this one appears to be too old. Thanks

Common Guys, nobody has a clue. I guess I may just have to start taking off sheet metal to get to the engine and see how much needs to come apart. I'm just hoping I don't have to pull the crank.

I just downloaded a copy that joecdeere uploaded. Now I guess I have no more excuses. I see you have a Powerking. I have a 1956 Economy. I haven't done any restoration other than cleaning and it is now buried in a 53 foor semi box on my farm. I'm going to try and get it going this year. Thanks for your help. Andy
