Komatsu D37P-5 STEERING ISSUES

I have the same D37p 1996 I’m having steering issues also. We’re you ever able to fix the steering issues

The steering control valve under the joy stick seems to be malfunctioned, and advise? The dozer will bog down and when you wiggle the joystick it will track strait. same thing going forward.
