Koyker 110 bucket curl inop.

OK guys, thought the old 1610D was dead for sure but is now mostly healed.

Trouble started with bucket drooping while bushhogging. Now it will not curl up or down. is stuck all the way down. Nothing at all happens when operating the controls, no drag on engine as is normal.

Where should I start to troubleshoot? Will one bad cylinder cause it not to work at all? Or is there something in the controls I should be messing with?

I believe one bad cylinder could cause it not to work if fluid is able to pass by the piston in one of the cylinders. Are you saying the loader lift still functions normal?

I suppose it could be in the valve, you could swap curl and lift hoses to confirm.

Lift works normally. Curl is full down and won't move.

I am no hydraulic guru but do believe you could eliminate controller or cylinders by swapping hoses.

Yep, left curl cylinder was bypassing. O檀auled both. Works good!
