Some valves have PB to pass the fluid downstream for other valves.
The PB port is rated for full pressure.
If your tractor FEL was designed for the psi, and GPM's required, downstream valves should work off the tank port, although there is the potential to damage the FEL tank port, as most of them are rated for only about 500 psi.
Most literature says that all tank ports should go to tank.
If you want to run log splitter, BH, remote valves, etc, the PB would be necessary.
