Jeffy,
Certainly mesmerized by an obscure latin phrase, duly impressed or NOT. The venerable and unimpeachable mighty kubota and beyond reproach dealer network on display, and jeffy's best advice is tough luck.
A few facts:
How is the 30 operating hours, a legal national standard? Has jeffy a validated survey of all machines sold in the US w/ recorded engine hours or is this value simply pulled from deep within his large bowel.
Supposedly, kubota tractors are the elite. Jeffy told us previously that "all" new tractors have issues". Perhaps it is only kubota tractors that are exempt from QC inspection and appropriate dealer preparation.?
If the machine was used as a demonstrator, is that not a disclosable condition? Would not sanding and repainting to eliminate surface rust be included in preparation? What is the date of manufacture, was it disclosed? If it is a situation where the tractor sat for an extended period, what was the UV effect on tires, were the fluids changed prior to shipment, any noticeable fading in the paint scheme?
It is simply amazing how some folks rally to the defense of any/every kubota issue while in full hypocrisy, fully disparage the identical behavior from every other manufacturer including the dealer network.
Somewhat unrelated below:
Few lack access to the vast information contained in search engines. Use of cherry picked latin phrases w/ the subsequent need to include the explanation, is indicative of someone so clever, that they too had no clue the meaning of the phrase, and insecure in the probability that most folks lack the interest to research worthless irrelavant dribble. To decipher in plain english, this forum does NOt hail from graduate studies of Tom Quad. To communicate w/ the audience, first KNOW the audience.
And while offering advice is always the intention, rudely directing folks to update their avatar is not within the purview of fellow members. The Latin translation under review.
