At 4000 hrs you can expect repairs to be needed on many things,,, but it does depend on how it was treated. Do the tires show wear commensurate with 4000 hrs or have they been replaced? Many times the rear tires will tell a tale on how much & how the clutch was used. Do you feel anything suspicious with the clutch when test driving it ? Slips/noises/jerks? If not, tractor clutches are usually pretty tough and it probably is not an immediate concern. How long in your circumstance to put another 1000 hrs on it? When that happens you should plan financially to replace the clutch AND have cylinder kits put in the engine for at least a partial rebuild. Or else resell it. I do not own a 7030 but in most shops these days I'd expect $1200 or so to replace the clutch disk and pressure plate. Not sure if wet clutches are more ?
