I paid $17,700 for my B7800, 402 FEL and 60" mmm last spring. I think I got a fair price. I'm not sure how much to add for the bush hog, blade and toothbar.
I'd comment on the mmm vs. rfm but it looks like you got plenty of good advice already. I will say though that I am impressed with the cut of my mmm.
