Kubota B series HSD pedal

Not being familiar with that set up at all. Is the pedal linkage gummed up with debris? Is the pedal moving the tractor at all? Are the fluid levels correct for the transmission. Any springs on it that are broken?
Let one of the other guys that know about those chime in and give you some better answers.

Is the pedal linkage clean and working smoothly?
My old Kubota "B" had a zerk on the HST pedal pivot point. Keeping it clean and properly lubed really helped. I would start there.
I hit all the zerks every 10 hours. Kinda a pain, on my current tractor, the book lists like 40 zerks!

Check that all the linkage parts move freely. if yours has a V notched plate with roller that centers in the notch ensure nothing is bent and the roller is running in the proper place.

Grease the fitting under the tractor for the pedal, as said before. Next check the damper shock, it could be bad. Then the neutral spring, it's ajustable. More then likely you well have to pull some sheet metal off to get to the adjuster for the spring. It looks like it might be hard to get to, I don't think you can do it under the tractor but you can see it.
Thanks for all the reply(s). Your help is fantastic. I have cleaned and lubed all the moving parts on the pedal linkage with little change. Not sure how to make adjustments to the damper shock or neutral spring. I will try to find a parts diagram on the web.
