Forks Kubota B1659 Fork Frame

I am considering getting one of these and have a question about the forks it uses. Are forks made to a general spec and therefore interchangeable between frames. I have seen lots of threads were people get used forks from repair shops etc but then they are usually building some sort of frame for them. Is the Kubota frame (or any other frame for that matter) made to accept forks from a fork lift? I could only find one picture of this frame which was a head on shot. From that picture, it looks like the forks I have seen from a fork lift are of the same style but I can't tell any dimensions.
