I just got my Kubota B2320 back from the dealership after having a Loader valve replaced @ 50 Hrs. see link
http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/kubota-owning-operating/304776-b2320-bucket-wont-dump.html
Started moving some dirt and the loader seems to have significantly less power than before. I know its a small loader but before it failed I moved a pretty good amount of crushed concrete and had a favorable opinion of its capabilities. Now when lifting the bucket empty it stops a little above the hood and requires that I curl and uncurl the bucket to get it to reach top of lift. Not sure what is going on but it sure seems weak in comparison. Any input is appreciated. Thanks

Someone with more experience will chime in but:

You'll want to presure test the hydraulics. You can make your own gage with quick disconnect pretty easy but one of the sponsoring venders on TBN sells kits. Your loader manual will tell you max pressure. Should be very close to that number for max performance.

To replace the loader control valve they should not have needed to mess with the pressure release valve but that is a possibility. Another is that a bit of debris or teflon tape got internalized. Also cycle all the cylinders fully several times- a little air in the system will change performance.

OK I checked the range of motion and Re Remembered something I learned before if the 3 point hitch is at full up position it compromises the FEL. I lowered the box blade that I have as counterbalance to the FEL and it restored the power for the FEL All seems well for now.

The pressure relief valve is built into the loader valve on your tractor, the pressure should be checked after valve install, new relief might be set a little lower then the old one.

Since you have a quarter-incher valve, that behavior suggests you need to adjust the linkage. The linkage can be adjusted so that it kicks the lever back to neutral when the 3-pt is raised all the way up. If it does not do that and the lever is allowed to stick in the up position, the hydraulics will go into relief.

X2.
And you really should check your pressure release settings if you want to maximize your loader's capacities (as should everyone).
