After serving us faithfully for around ten or so years, I've decided to give the B2910 a little well-deserved TLC, do some minor repairs and cosmetic maintenance, and add a few things that will provide some additional functionality and creature comforts.
Here's the list:
1. Fab new bracket for rear remotes and relocate the existing rear remote valves from the left side of the tractor to the right. This will include replacing the supply, power beyond, and return lines and fittings with ones that use JIC connections.
2. Add a diverter valve and quick couplers for front hydraulics on the loader.
3. Modify the attachement brackets on a side link hydraulic cylinder I picked up to the correct angles so that it can be used to provide "Tilt" to go along with my hydraulic top link.
4. Cover the existing stock brush guard with expanded metal for additional protection.
5. Add carrier for chain storage.
6. Add a couple of ammo cans for toolboxes. The stock toolbox is small and is located in such a manner that it's a nightmare to access easily if there is anything attached to the 3PH.
7. Add a drink holder
8. Add a permanently-mounted lightbar (I had one which used magnets ... was always getting knocked off)
9. Replace auxiliary power outlet with a weatherproof, marine-grade unit of decent quality.
10. Relocate weatherproof switchbox which controls power to the lights and aux power outlet.
11. Refinish the floor of the operator's platform with truck bedliner paint and repair the rubber mat with black RTV, which has holes worn in it, that goes on it
12. Refinish armrests for the seat with Rust-oleum Flexidip
13. Repaint ROPS and touch up paint generally.
