Yep, that's why we test drive them. Agreed the BX has its limitations, but since I have other bigger tractors, it is great for me. If I ever buy a B, it will be a 3030/3000 with cab.

I don't know anything about the Bobcat though I am sure it is a nice tractor.

Now that you've tried them and decided which ones will fit your need it's all down to the money now. It's your money and will be your payment so now it's FOR YOU TO DECIDE. Good luck with your decision of which one you are willing/able to pay for.:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Well, I guess it's just going to come down to the money now. If your highest priority is going to be moving snow, then bite the bullet and buy the B3030 cab. From what we've seen so far, the coming B3000 doesn't look like an improvement over the B3030. The B2782 blower you would get with the B3030 (or B3000) is a commercial duty blower and it's very stout. I actually look forward to large snowstorms with my B3030 and front mounted blower. Just turn up the tunes, heat on medium , and hit the driveway in my boxers and T shirt !

IMO, if you really see the need for a cab, just get the B3030HSDC ( or HSDCC ) . You will end up very close in price getting an aftermarket cab for any tractor, and still not have A/C , factory fit and finish, resale value, etc , etc.

As far as the Bobcat goes, they are an excellent tractor also. Their new front mounted blower setup looks very nice. I recommend doing a little reading here in the Bobcat and Kioti sections and see what their owners have to say about them (since they are essentially the same tractor).

It looks like you may end up spending 10 grand + more than you were originally looking at when you were considering a BX ?? :licking:

It looks like you are getting farther from a decision rather than closer I agree with the B3030 or its replacement if a cab is critical. I also wanted the B3030 cab but for mowing duty it was too big and I'd be hitting every tree branch on my property with it. I compromised with the open station model but maybe one day I'll have two tractors... a cabbed one and something else for mowing. Good luck in your decision process. They don't make it easy and you haven't even decided on a brand which makes it worse.
