Price Check kubota b7100 hsd pricing

Hello all,
i have been reading the forums for some time now doing research, and finally had a question on a tractor, so here i go.

I am looking at 1990 B7100 HSD with factory FEL, backhoe, rear blade, mow deck and forklift. One owner with 643 hours, bought from our local dealer when new. the seller is asking 12,200.00 or offer. It is in good shape. does need the seat recovered and minor wear and tear but it is 15 years old.

I have looked on ebay and see a wide range of prices, but not with all the attchments.

any suggestion on reasonable offer price?

I'm not real sure of that model with all those attachments. But I wouldn't think I would give more than $9k. Maybe it's worth more... just my opinion.

I paid 4200 at auction about 7 years ago for a B7100 gear with loader. It's old enough to have no rops, had been used as a barn cleaner, was locked in 4wd, needed a front tire and a seat. There were lots of bidders up to 4000. I've been told by dealers here that it's worth about $5000, sight unseen, if I trade it in on a newer unit. I'm in northeast Ohio.
