Kubota B7100D airflow

I have a Kubota B7100D with a D-750-A engine, made in the early 80's. I had heard that later years of this model had cooling air blowing out the front of the radiator. Is this true? I would like to do the same with mine to get the heat and exhaust away from me, and to keep from sucking up chaf and debris on the front of the radiator (a frequent maintenance nuisance in a cooling system with no water pump). Is there a plastic fan blade replacement from a later year, or different model that will bolt on and do the job?

I also have a B7100HST 1995 which I yet to encounter a cooling problem,for I keep the radiator clean and full.

The B7100 I have does have a plastic fan blade,and I think we both about the same engines..D-750-AH.

Hows the drive belt look and have you talk with a Kubota dealer about this?

I yet to hear of a replacement fan,but it would be nice in the cold winter to have some of that heat blow back on my knees once in a while. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

nd i cant tell what the model of the loader is so i can search the web. it is a kubota loader, and i doubt they made more than one model for that tractor. any ideas how to proceed?

I would question the person that told you about reverse air flow. It sounds like bad information to me. Mine pulls the air trough from the front. The removable filter screen is in the front. If you reverse the fan, how will you clean the backside of the radiator?

I don't notice excessive heat when using mine. Do you have the exhaust up or facing down? Do you have all the correct sheet metal and firewall installed?
