Two words:
Position Control. the NH has it, the B7610 doesn't. Worth at least half of the price difference in my mind. I love my B7610 but it does have that one serious flaw.
The TC's extra weight and HP will always be nice to have. They give you more flexibility for any big jobs in the future. I saw the TC 26 today and it looks like one heck of a nice machine. If it were a new '07, you'd probably pay at least $1000 to $1500 more yet. There's a reason for that...it's more tractor.
As to the turf-R4 decision, I was amazed this winter how well the turfs on the B7610 worked in snow and slush. Ran in 4WD a lot but never used chains. Only had to push myself out with the FEL bucket a couple of times. My rears are filled, however. Sounds like turfs would do the job for you too.
