I'd say this asking would be high end... around $12K maybe for a well maintained unit would be average in these parts.

lets point out that 12k (which is about right) is for a tractor that was 15k new 10+ years ago.

too many folks around here try to discount Kubota's outstanding resale value.

You are absolutely correct...
I think that it is harder to sell a good used unit for a market value due to the fact that many manufacturers have better financing on new tractors versus the financing on used tractors versus the used price...
Many times it is a wash so why buy used?
