Kubota BX 24 Loader bucket extender

Does anyone know if someone makes a device to enlarge front loader bucket of my BX 24???? I install alot of mulch and to be able to carry more would save an incredible amount of time!

If your just halling use plywood. I made a plywood bucket, just the sides and bottom to hall fire wood. It last about ten years out here on the west [wet] coast. If your going to dig then get some steel and make a bucket, just sides and bottom. 3/8 or 1/4 for the bottom thinner on the sides. Use the bucket to dump it out,so it stands on it's end, you won't be able to lift it, and just tip it in. Drill and bolt on on each side to keep it from falling out.

donn12 The plywood side panels are bolted to the bucket sides, about center,and toward the top, so the plywood bucket doesn't swing out, but swings down into the bucket. I put 2X4's on the bottom for extra strenght, I used epoxy resin and screws to hold the sides to the bottom l_____l I've often thought that I should put a steel strip on the front edge of the plywood to protect it. Maybe a pice of 1/4 X 3inch flat bar. This has doubled the size of my bucket. Don't make the bottom a tight fit, or you'll be forever fighting with it.
