Buying Advice Kubota BX-25 with backhoe and FEL

I have a BX23 with 54" mower deck that I'll hopefully be selling sometime this year. Planning on asking around $13500. I watch Craigslist a lot, based on the prices I've been seeing I shouldn't have a hard time getting that or close to it.

So what is the latest? Falfrenzy, did you buy, and PA452, did you sell?

I have not yet. Still the intent, but I had some circumstances change this year which have delayed my plans. I'm not entirely sure if it'll happen this year or not.
