Here's what I have in my B2650. It's a Charter Arms Bulldog, .44 Special with a Fobus holster. It is anchored with 2 drill screws. That was the only location in the cab that offered quick unimpeded access, and mostly blends in with the background. Being a cheap but reliable pistol, I just leave it in the tractor year round. It lived in my old tractor for many years before that. Simple, and easy to clean.
