Hi yall, I have been lurking here for awhile and found a wealth of info here, great site, thanks. Anyway, was looking at a used bx23 today with 250 hrs on it. It looked great except when ideling it vibrated pretty violently. When I reved up the RPM's a bit it stopped. Is this normal? Also this is an auction tractor and was wondering what yall thought would be a high bid price? Thanks for any info. Mark
Mine does not vibrate violently at lower idle. I.m considering selling my BX23 with 150 hrs and with front quick hitch, power angled 60" front blade, and Woods 42' rotary cutter for 13,000. I do not have a mower deck. This price seems like a fair price to me and attractive enough to a prospective buyer who might otherwise get a new BX24 with a full warranty. I still debating on moving up to a B3030 and thus have not tried to sell my BX.
