Price Check Kubota BX2350, fel, 54"mm, 4' brush hog, trailer - price = good?

One thing is that the plastic is a little faded from sitting in the sun on the dealers lot - he said it was like that when he bought it.

Also, he ran it once and the oil lid came off. He ran it like that for a day or so... oil didn't go down, but it's all inside the engine well and the dust has stuck to it, so it's a mess. Concern isn't the mess, it's the fact that maybe something flew into the opening when running...

The hydro fluid is leaking in the back, but he just took it to the dealer to get that fixed (still under warranty) and the oil thing.

Thoughts?
