Loader Kubota BX23S loader raises extremely slow sometimes not at all

The 4 hose quick connect for the front end loader.

So even though it was locking down properly with the lever one of the quick connect valves was not functioning correctly? I wonder how they can go bad if the quick connect is locked down. Thanks for following back up, good thing to keep tucked away in the memory hole.
