Kubota BX24 Thumb......

That looks pretty good. I'm building a digger for my small skidloader and I'm thinking about adding attachment points for a thumb before I paint the dipper. The thumb will be the last thing I build for this project. I want to get everything else built and working first. I like the bolt on design.
I also live in Western PA. I live about a mile from Artman Equipment and I am aproaching 30 years in the steel industry.

I have friend who can weld and is working on my ripper tooth right now. But I dont want to wear my welcome out coming to him every month or two with another project.

Just to make you jealous.. No wife.. Funding (within reason) not an issue, so the only person I need to convince is myself. Which is pretty easy most of the time. LOL

Bob Rip on the power trac forum had the same medical condition sounds like that you have, you might want to read some of his posts about welding.

Wow I realy like the desing, that is one nice job!!! I need one on my bx24 and I was wondering if you still had the cadd drawing? No use playing around it looks like you have this well figured out.

hello I need a thumb for my bx 24 can you make me own like yours. I was ready to buy one on Ebay, but I like yours better. Let me know if you will and how much it will cost depending on where you are I can pick it up. I can give you my cell number if we are allowed to on this site.
