this is interestint as I have been trying to get a lift problem resolved for some six months now. The dealer gave no support and Kubota has known about the problem for over two years. They refusr to put anything in writing and only do Phone calls so they can denie anyting they say, The Atlanta office defered to Torrance Ca and I finall had to go to Japan to get any response. My next step is legal action if my problem is not resolved. The feild rep has lied on more than one occasion and they have left parts off my unit after attempting to repair on three diffrent occasions. Document everthing you do and everyone you talk to you may need it. The dealer quit selling the M8200 because of this problem but failed to tell me about it when I bought mine. He knew he was selling me a problem. Beware and check closely and ask lots of questions
