I would like your help in finding addresses to contact Kubota Canada, any help will be appreciated. I have searched the net and see that these addresses are a well kept secret.

I have an unresolved problem with the rear tires on my new Kubota M108X. Some of you have been helpful in providing ideas on how to fix this matter but none have proven to work.

My dealer sent a mechanic to test drive my tractor and he admitted there was a problem but he could not fix it and also stated there were other Kubotas with more severe bumping of the rear wheels. He stated that smooth running wheels didn't seem to be a priority with Kubota. He even suggested I complain to Kubota, little did I know how hard that would be.

I promise to keep you posted on any information I get.

NOTE: If you only have addresses in the USA or Japan please let me have them.

Thanks
God bless All

Thank you for that post cause I to have to complain to them. For me it was a bad dealer signing me onto a tractor that didn't meet my needs (even though he said it would at time of purchase and now denies saying it) I'm stuck in a 5 year contract on a tractor that doesn't do everything I was told it would do. Do you know if they have an email address?

Report a complaint if you wish. Just use the information provided. E-mail is a lame way to deal with such things anyhow, imho.

Now, if you got a bad dealer (salesman), hey, it happens.
Choices include:
a) doing nothing other than whining to higher ups. Caveat Emptor
b) trade it in on something else that better meets your needs.
c) just sell the fool thing outright.

One is never "stuck" unless one chooses to be. Just my $.02

I wish you luck with this. I recently (last month) complained to Kubota....I'll skip the details, but it was a complaint against the company, not the dealer. The response I got simply referred me back to the dealer, with a promise they would work through him. My sense was that the company in no way wants to talk/help/advise their customers, leaving all such matters to the dealership. I don't want anyone to misconstrue this in some way. I'm not launching another complaint here, just stating the facts based on my experience. I, too, had trouble figuring out where to snail mail my letter (s). I wound up sending one to the regional HQ (Columbus, OH for me) as well as the US HQ in Torrence CA. I marked both with the address and added "Customer Service" to it.

Well the dealer won't let me trade it in cause he said my credit won't let me get a bigger priced tractor (even though he just said on the phone that if I spent $15,000 more I could have gotten the right tractor for all the things I needed it to do. I also can't sell it cause I'm stuck in this 5 year payment plan and from what I've been reading it's non transferrable.

Just wondering...What won't the tractor do that you expect it to do?

This might be a tough one...Not defending the dealer, but their idea of what is acceptable and yours could be miles apart..i know this one from experience.

Kind of hard to tell me to go back to the dealer when it's the dealer I have issues with and I can't move higher up in the dealership cause he's the top person there. But today I tried one more time to try and reason with him and he said. If I would have told him what I was needing the tractor for he would have set me up with a better one for the jobs. I'm like WTF I told you everything it has to do now and in the future. Mow 47 acres of rough mole hilled pasture, mow 5 acres of grass, push lots of snow, handle bales, have a cab, do daily maintenance on two arenas. I relied on his expertise to show me the right tractor for the job and the 2660 is what he showed me and said I can get a nice cab put on to keep me warm in the winter. I mean do you think if the dealer said here is a tractor but it won't do everything you asked I would have took it and gotten stuck in a 5 year contract with it, I was looking at the cabbed version of the 3030 cause that looked like it would have the power and comforts needed but he talked me out of it and into the 2660. And now you know....The rest of the story.

That's my venting for the day, lol.
I am really hoping to get this solved cause I hate getting sick while pushing snow due to the cold.
