I can understand the wait if it is a repair that needs diagnosis, but if was a scheduled service- I would be upset. I do all of my smaller repairs - only had my Kubotas to the dealers 2x in 15 years.
Both times were for specified work that I requested. I told the shop to let me know the day they could to the work, and I would have it there the night before and would pick it up the next night. It worked that way both times.
