Just wondering whether anyone has purchased from Carriere & Poirier in Alfred, Ontario? If yes, how is the service there?

I bought a used G1800 in 1995 and then a used B26 in 2009 from them.

The service before and after the sales was excellent. I had a problem on my B26 when a stone wore through a line and it started leaking so badly I couldn't use the machine. Now this was a used piece of equipment, and it was now 100 km from Alfred. The only question I got when I called for service was "Is it OK if we only go tomorrow?" I quite frankly almost fell off my chair. I was expecting hemming and hawing, but there they were the next morning with a replacement part.

I'd buy from them anytime :thumbsup:

I bought a brand new b2320 from them last fall, the price was nerly 2000$ less than the other dealer that i went! They are really sympatic and listend to their customer request. The only negative point I found was when they haved made my 50 hours services, i don't now who's mecanics done it, but they shoud have done all the grease spot and tighen bolts on loader and i rechek all and i found some place that havent been tighnen and not grease i at all. They also need to remove the parking brake hardwhere under the tractot and when a i receveid my tractor back the parking brake didnt work so I chek and need to remove brakets and replace it in the good position. That was the only problem I experienced with them.
