Because I'm located in a northern cold climate - last year I replaced the OEM battery with an Odyssey AGM battery.

I consider the Odyssey AGM the absolute best vehicle battery available.

In the east there aren't as many Odyssey dealers, but the Sears Diehard Platinum is an Odyssey AGM.
