Thinking of road signs

Thinking of road signs, there's a secret protest organization at work all over the country. They are opposed to modern transportation in general, and one of the things they dislike most is any road improvements. They are so widespread, and so successful that I don't think I've ever seen a road construction site without one of their protest signs -- "End Construction" or "End Road Work".

I think Kubota is wrong period. Kubota can't know the exact circumstances that caused the failure, but their design certainly contributed. Are we to believe the Falling Rock knew the water had leaked and did nothing? Kubota is either saying he let it happen on purpose or is extremely stupid.

Kubota is worth hundreds of millions, and Falling Rock paid a large price for this one tractor. Shut up, Kubota, and fix the man's tractor.

John may I step in and mention the type of hose used on a L3600. this hose is about the size of garden hose lower right side and will slipoff where it connects to the radiator easly only spring type clamp that can be compressed by finger grip runs under the oil filter to reserve tank exposed to anything that rubs the side of tractor,this could be the hose mentioned.
You will know when comes off the green spray,followed by a hot flash let yoiu know the day is ruined again. se'ya ken

Thanks Ken. Sounds like it is the hose to the coolant recovery tank. I don't know why they wouldn't use bulged ends, to help keep inplace.

I just recently changed from an automotive antifreeze to a TSC diesel fleet antifreeze, in my tractor. While the standard automotive one has the distinct sweet smell, the red fleet antifreeze didn't seem to have that smell. I didn't stick my nose right in it, but usually you smell it from even minute spills.

What happened to Falling Rock? I only see one post out of 54. Maybe he was a plant from John Deere. So much goes into determining what is covered under warranty. If a stick goes through the radiator I don't think they should be liable. If it is a design failure. Kubota should come to the plate.

He obviously didn't want any assistance - he just wanted to badmouth Kubota service. Now, whether it was a real problem or bogus, only fallingrock knows. And he ain't talking any more.

Here is a picture of a tractor covered by a full warranty and yet Kubota did not cover it. Tell me if they should have been held liable for this? The tractor had a loaded front bucket, was going downhill. As gravity pulled the tractor downward, the speed picked up and eventually scared the driver enough to the point he bailed. The tractor went head over heals twice and came to rest as the picture illustrates. It is much steeper then the picture could possibly show. What failed? What happened? Who's responsible? Rat...

I can't see how the manufacturer could be responsible for that. A loaded bucket headed downhill removes most, if not all, braking capabilities. Don't most manufacturers warn of problems on a slope?
