Kubota drive over mower deck.

I was just reading about the mower decks on the B3030 and the 72" deck says it is a drive over deck. I only thought John Deere's decks were drive over decks. Anyone use this feature? Also, how easy is it to take the deck on and off?

Also, it states that it is compatible with the BH 75 hoe. Anyone use the mower deck with the hoe attached?

It is a drive over, but frankly I would not mess with it. Its really easy to roll the deck between the wheels, infact it maybe easier than blocking the wheels and working the tractor over it.

It can be mounted with the BH75, however the backhoe does limit how high you can lift the mower deck.

I'm sorry to contredict you MessickFarmEqu, but I have a B3030, a BH75 and a MMM. You need the 3P lift arms to raise and lower the mower deck. To mount a BH75 you have to remove the lift arms so you cannot raise or lower the deck. I thought the lifting was the same as a BX23 and I discovered that it's not.

When I received my B3030 from the dealer. The FEL, the MMM and the BH75 was on (yes you can raise the mower, lock it in place and remove the 3P lift arms and mount a BH75 afterward). But to remove the MMM, I removed the BH75, put back on the arms, lower the mower deck and removed it, removed the arms and put back on the BH75.

I wonder if you need the independent MMM lift kit Stef??? What you described would be a PITA. Also one other question, is the MMM carried by the tractor when mowing or does it run on the guage wheels??? Thanks for the info!!!

I don't know what you're talking about. My dealer never mentionned any option like that and I never saw any option available for the 3P hitch. Is it a guess? If not, I would be interested in one for sure. Oh and btw what is a PITA?

The MMM run on the gauge wheels. It's not a suspended deck. The 60" and 72" decks work that way.

The MMM run on the gauge wheels. It's not a suspended deck. The 60" and 72" decks work that way.
