kubota F2560 keeps blowing fuse ,wont run anymore

the mower used to run and kept blowing fuses for the acc. fuse and the engine would die.or even sometimes it would blow just by turing the key foreward.I took off the entire wire harness to look at every inch of wire and found nothing wrong with it i thought it might have rubbing against the frame and shorting out.i think its something with these PITA safety switchs and module.has anyone had similar problems?
