I am wondering what the value of a F3060 commercial front mower would be. It is 4wheel drive, has a curtis cab with heat a 60 inch mowining deck, 60 inch sweepster power brush and about 3000 hrs. I do not know what year but it does not have a ROP's. A neighbor of mine asked me if I wanted it for a couple grand. I was thinking it would save wear and tear on the tractor since the f3060 is a mowing machine.

That sounds like a very good deal if it is in decent condition. I'm not sure when the 60 series came on the market but it must have been around 2000. The 3000 hours shouldn't be a concern. When I bought my F2400 the hour meter was broken (replaced by the dealer before I took posession) at 4500 hours so who knows how many hours are on it. But I haven't had any problems with the machine in the five years I've owned it. And I paid a lot more than a couple grand. Front mounts are great at doing what there were designed for but they are not as versatile as CUTs. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
