Financing Kubota financing change

   / Kubota financing change #11
I ma just waiting for my new house to be finished to buy one as well. If they do not bring back the 0/36, I may be looking for other options. I did notice the MF has 0/60 for the GC2310. I'm not sure of all of the details but that alone makes a pretty good argument to go red.

I will not be in the new place until April so I can hang on.

Cheers,

My local dealer's thoughts were:

1) 0% / 36 will be back in time for the busy springtime selling season (april?)

2) Kubota will lower the % on the longer term stuff since the prime has gone down since the current rates were set.

Of course...... its always a crap shoot !

Sign me up for the waiting list, too!

I had hoped that Kubota would continue with their 0%/3years on thru 2008. Or with the slowdown in the U.S. economy they would expand the financing offer by adding another 12 months to 48 months or more.

Deere's latest financing offer ends on Feb. 25, 2008. (It ain't anything to get excited about.... 0% for 2 years.) It will be interesting to see what they and Kubota do beginning March 1.

What are the other major tractor manufacturer's offering at the current time? NH, Cat, Kioti, etc.

Its probably because inventory on BX24's is really low. I've only been able to get 2-3 on the lot for the last 3-4 months, we typicaly keep about a dozen around. Kubota's choice of financing seems to have more to do with that they need to sell than it does anything to do with the competition, we've had better financing than Deere for the last year or so.

Or with the slowdown in the U.S. economy they would expand the financing offer by adding another 12 months to 48 months or more.
I know they say this on the news and all, but the tractor and equipment business is doing very well. CNH & Deere both recorded huge profits for last quater. Kubota was up as well. Projections for the next year are up 15-20%. I somtimes wonder how much impact the media's constant harping has on the economey.

"I somtimes wonder how much impact the media's constant harping has on the economy"
Now there is a really valid point. I guess we have the best media that money can buy.

I just snagged the 5 yrs @ 0% on my Massey GC2310, as did my brother!

Great little machine and we shopped it hard against the BX

Congratulations on your purchase Brokermike. It sounds like you got a good deal on a nice tractor. Lot of torque, and smooth BH, and FEL function at low rpm..... Keep us posted on the Massey forum.

Maybe this was already mentioned but on a tractor like that you get to pay an extra $900-1000 dollars less for these bx's if you opt out of Kubota's "free" financing. One way or the other one has to pay to play and there are no free lunches.
