Oil & Fuel KUBOTA FUEL PUMP

Does anybody know how to pull down & clean a fuel pump off Kubota T1760 mower???

Go to Messicks site and you can get the parts diagrams, looks like it is mechanical pump, not sure if cleaning will do it if diaphram is bad. There is also a note that it is a Kawasaki engine made for Kubota.
