Kubota Grass/leaf catcher - anybody have one?

Any one have this attachment? I'm considering this or a rear pull behind cart for leaves/grass on my 7500. I have TONS of leaves and could really use that grass clippings as mulch in my garden.

Please advise if you can. - and thanks!!!!

Well what I use to get up my leaves, is a Trac-Vac, mounted behind my rear mounted finish mower. Just made a trailer hich on back of mower deck to attach Trac-Vac to and off we go. One word of caution. Make sure you get a big enough unit to handle the load of your deck. With my 5' deck, I started with a 5hp unit which is not enough!!! The 8hp unit and larger capacity container works much better. Check out www.trac-vac.com

rww 94, I have the Kubota grass catcher, model GC60B which fits my 17 hp B1550. I've had it for quite a few years now and it works great. At my old house it was completely 100% wooded so I had plenty of leaves. Besides doing a great job of picking up leaves it did a super job of picking up grass clippings also. The problem that I had with the leaves is that if you wait until all the leaves fall from the trees the 3 bags at the rear of the tractor fill up REAL quick. This makes for emptying the bags more often. If you start to pick up the leaves as they start to fall and not wait til they are all on the ground you won't have to empty as often. You will notice with either leaves or grass that once you go over an area it will look like a well manicured pool table. It does a terrific job. Just don't wait til the last minute however. I'm sure this would apply to most grass catchers except the ones that have a huge pull behind trailer which has a larger capacity container.

Would you recommend a PTO driven trac-vac vs. a separate briggs motor? What is a reasonable cost for a PTO driven unit?
