man i liked the diverter so you could put 2 windows togather in 1 pass.that means with the right rake you could put 6 or 8 windrows into 1.thus saving alot of wear an tear on the baler.

Other companies have it Krone, Kuhn and others you just don't see it much.

i doubt if i buy a pull type cutter anyway.as its better to buy the 3pt cutter an put it on the caddy.that way when the cutter goes bad you just need to put another 1 on the caddy.

Well I already found one problem. I bought the 10.5 ft disc mower (orig the vicon EXTRA232) and have a problem with the hydraulic cylinder hitting the nearby frame support arm when in the full transport position. The dealer's "fix" for this was to move around a couple of spacers to the "wrong " positions according to the parts diagram (and pictures of other mowers I can find ) in order to work around the ACTUAL problem which is ???? This is totally unacceptable as now it has two articulating frame pieces touching each other without so much as a washer in between, not to mention it's NOT how the mower was designed. HOWEVER, it cuts and operates great. Just this little snag but I'm not accepting it back from the shop like they have it now. They need to find the problem and correct it or take it back. Figures I would get a freak problem like this. They must have screwed something up when they uncrated and assembled it.

I've attached a picture of what it's supposed to look like, one spacer above and one below the flange, on mine they put them both on top.

well since kubota is going to re brand the vicon cutter.they better fix any probs that vicon might have.because their name is new to the hay game.

I also had a snag when got my Vicon CM2400 but it didn't have anything to do with Vicon but the dealer I purchased it from put something together wrong. I sent pictures to them cause I wasn't going to load and haul back and showed them what they done wrong, for future ref. but I was able fix it pretty easy.
They must put yours together like mine on a Monday or Friday, lol. It should be easy fix, just like you said don't take it until it's right. Some times only way get something right is to do it yourself,it seems...

I showed pictures to the dealer at first ( there was another issue too with the parking stand bracket, which I replaced on my nickel) and they had nothing to say, so I contacted Kubota customer service and they punted me back to the service manager (who appeared to REALLY want to help me), and this is the fix I got. They intentionally put it together WRONG to make it RIGHT. Something is out of line somewhere. It's a very simple mower, which is what I like, not a lot of parts involved with this but something is not right. I have the extended warranty for 4 years, so I feel I'm pretty well covered and if something does need to be repaired it won't be that hard.

Bought a Kubota tedder last year. 4 basket. 4052 I belive. Really happy to get it. 10 min into using it. The driveline fell apart. Dealer came out right away picked it up and fixed it. Of course. Didn't have it when I needed it.well works good this year. The problem I am having now is flat tires. 2 flat tires. Only 32 acres tedded. Check air pressure before using every time. I would think long and hard before buying a Kubota tedder.

What is causing the flat tires?

Believe it has something to do with the rims. Fixed the flats myself. Had to buy a tube for one of them. Local shop said flat happened from the inside. Metal on rims is really soft. Edges bent some when removing the tire. Fixed and tedded 14 acres. Worked fine. Hopefully just cheap tubes. There is a front and back stand on it. Back stand is made to long and cut at wrong angle on bottom. Latch for back stand has already fallen apart. Not impressed at all with engineering of this tedder.
