Larry,

Yes, it is dealer installed. They just don't have the parts and I'm certain they aren't trying very hard to get them. It's high sales season and he'd rather sell another tractor then produce the goods he already sold. The dealers don't want to make waves with the "mother land" from what I can tell. I am going to make some waves and at this point I'm happy to do the salespersons job. Unfortunately, I won't get his commission. It's just classic sales....why does it always have to be this way.... I never should have taken delivery until it was complete.

Sorry for the rambling sob story here, but I need to vent.

What exactly are you waiting for? To me, it sounds like the parts for an L39. To my understanding the hydraulic blocks won't be available till July or so. This is how it is with every new product, the accessories will follow the machine it self.

Like it or not that is how it is. Good dealer or bad, it makes no difference, if the part isn't in the system yet. Relax, go ahead and get your tractor if you don't have it and have fun.

Hi,
Have you touched base with Jim up here? He is a fast rising and seems to be a very successful Kubota dealer who might have some ideas for you.

Jim was a fantastic help in getting my replacement tractor mess fixed up for us.

Good luck and sorry to hear you are having such a time with that.

David

I spoke with owner of the dealership and he just happened to have the correct information handy on his desk. The loader hydraulics won't be available until June....which means July. Why the ridiculous salesperson couldn't have found that out weeks ago, I don't know and saved me 15 long distance phone calls. But once again, you have to get nasty to get what you are looking for. Unfortunately I find this to be the case more often than not. It really is a shame and I don't like getting upset with the dealer. Their service dept. is great.

It's the complete front aux. hydralic package for the loader. Maybe you can tell me exactly what it consists of....various valves, hoses, connectors and brackets.

If this is how it is with all new products, then the dealer should know that and inform the customer of the situation, not string them on for weeks on end with various stories.

That's what I was told. It's supposed to be part of the build. Apparently not, and more false information from the dealer or general BS.

JD 110s need to be fully plumbed prior to delivery. Once built, the dealer cannot install "factory" hydraulics to the loader or the hoe...so I was told by a JD dealer and others on TBN.

Jerry,

I have had the tractor for about a month and waited for the parts for weeks prior to delivery. It was sitting at the dealer on hold for the front hydraulic package.

It's not a matter of having fun. It's about getting the job done. I have all kinds of garbage and stumps, rocks, old cement slab to move before I can start building my road. I've got 1000s of feet of old wire and steel fence to remove too.....Workable days/hours are limited this far north and every week counts here. That's why I ordered this machine in February. Now that I know the truth, I can chill out.

They never put the chain hooks on the bucket like they said, so I can't use chains to deal with the stumps either. My property is an absoulute mess and the hydraulics will be very helpful right about now. I think I'm going to ask the owner to pick up the bucket and weld the hooks on.
