Oil & Fuel Kubota ideal for Flat Ground ONLY????

On some of the other ones that this happened on, Kubota would only do parts and you had to pay the labor.
I chose to order the kit because it would be cheaper than paying for pickup of a dead tractor(NO hydraulics or GST function) and shop costs. Plus I will also have the ability and duty to inform each and every potential Kubota customer of the shortcommings of their support division until this is made right.

Are the newer models affected? This is the first that I have heard of this. I have a 2011 Kubota L4400 with gear drive transmission, 4WD, FEL. I haven't experienced any noticable problems going up or down somewhat steep grades. Please reply if you have the time. Happy Tractoring.:tractor:

Problem was on early Grand L series 3 cylinder models L3130, L3430, L3830.

Just a quick follow up to my situation. I received a phone call from the dealer that I bought my tractor from back in 12/2004. He told that he did some digging on my question of a bulletin on this issue and said he just got a copy of it. I asked him for a copy and he said he can't give me one. ( I got one from this forum, THANK YOU David Kb7uns :thumbsup:
The dealer told me how this notification works for the customer putting a backhoe on their tractor. If you buy a Kubota Backhoe it gets registered with Kubota and then they match it with the tractor serial number. If there is a potential problem then Kubota informs the dealer.
If you buy another brand or a used backhoe this may not trigger the notification.
So if you own a L 30 series Kubota and you have a backhoe or plan to get one please check with your dealer if you need to add the kit for the Hydraulic pump.

Well I think the dealer is giving you a load of BS as bulletin clearly states to fix upon failure.

They are not actively going out and doing this repair on tractors with backhoes as they should and are just sweeping this under the carpet. If they were truly working on this as they should they need to send out a second bulletin informing the dealers to track down these machines and do the repair as this p[roblem is not going away and sooner or later it will seize the pump drive if the front is pointed down in place for a long enough time.

THERE IS NO WAY THAT THE PROBLEM WILL CORRECT ITSELF KUBOTA AND IT IS NOT GOING AWAY.

KUBOTA SUPPORT SUCKS!!!
