Kubota ign. Keys

My dealer handed me two keys, and told me they would operate every tractor on the lot. One key for open stations, and the other key for the cab models. (Kubota)

My B7800 and L4300 are different.
L4300 and MX5100 are the same.
Not sure but big M8950 and L4300 and MX5100 look the same.

You need a wiring diagram and it should be contained within the WSM
(Work Shop Manual ) I kicked and moaned and groaned as well not wanting
to spend the money for one but once I did it I realized I was a fool for not
obtaining it sooner.
I can be of help in so much that I think I know where you can buy the
WSM for your tractor for a VERY fair price and I do believe if you tell
the man you found him via me ("Artisan" on the TBN Forum) I do believe
you will get free shipping as well, PLUS the price will probably be better
than anywhere else. Shoot and EMAIL to Tracy at Lashey Tractor Sales.

PS, I have the WSM for my BX25 and it has a Wiring Diagram
inside it, a fold out centerfold kinda deal...So a WSm for your
tractor "Should" have it as well... You will thank yourself for
years to come, the info contained within a WSM is a
pleathora of info you NEED. Get a thre ring binder ready
for when it arrives...a pretty big one. My WSM is almost
1.5' thick! The user manual is in addition to that!

Thanks, I'll check into that, I was going to order one off of eBay but I'd rather spend the money with a member here if the price is comparable.

Worse than that, larger aircraft don't use any keys....

I'm working all weekend but I can unplug mine and take a picture of the connector on Monday. One thing you'll want to look for is the little piece of plastic that locks each pin in place. If it got broken you may need to get tricky and epoxy the pins back in place or see if you can but just the plastic shell.

That would be great. I'll be sure that the terminals are secure. Thanks, Rob

I have two different Kubota keys. One (smaller) works on the BX, F2680, F3080 and RTV1140.
The other key (larger) works on the B2320 and B2620 and B3200 and can't remember for sure but believe it also worked on the L3240.
