Kubota instrument panel not working

I have a 2005 Kubota L3430. Last year a birds nest caught fire under the hood. Fixed all the mechanical parts (hoses and such) but now I'm having an electrical issue and not sure where to start. The only things that work on instrument panel is the turn signal lights, the back light for the display, the battery light and and glow plug indicator. All others like fuel, service, pto don't work. The main screen that tells fuel level and temp current speed nothing shows up. I checked all the files and they are good. I'm assuming it's burnt wires just not sure where to begin looking. Also seems to have affected alternator. Thanks in advance for any help.

Oh and rpm guage stopped working too. Attached is a photo of the only 2 indicators that work and the backlight on the display

Small fuse box at front of tractor next to battery and radiator. Have had trouble with the spade connection to positive battery clamp in past.
