Your regular home owners policy DOES NOT meet the requirements for Kubota financing.
Funny, it did in my case and in the case of others as well.
But don't make the mistake of thinking your regular homeowners will cover everything that Kubota requires!!!GOOD LUCK
Well...as they say the proof is in the pudding.
My homeowners' insurance is also with State Farm. It was good enough for Kubota Credit Corp. when I financed my
BX2200 last summer. Have not heard any complaints from Kubota yet.
My policy is an "all pearls" [is that how you spell it?] and if my shed would burn down and the tractors were distroyed, they would be replace in kind with new ones. [My agent just went through this with someone else recently, who had a CUT]. I would be out my deductable though. I don't expect that fire to happen, but you never know...
Now I can't take the tractor off my property, and it is only used for maintenance of the property. Cabledog, are you getting more for the dollar, like the ability to use your tractor for business or on property other than your own? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
