Insurance Kubota insurance??

Thanks for all the input. TBN is the best site for information I have seen, and I have seen many sites on the 'Net. After talking with my dealer, I discovered that the dealership offers insurance thru an independent company (as well as Kubota insurance), and I decided to go that route. $200 deductible, all perils, $106/yr. Dealer told me they have never had a claim go unpaid.
BTW, I bought a 2004 L2800 with 4WD, FEL, shredder and box blade, and it's gonna be tough waiting for delivery!

That sounds like how it was explained to me too.I was going to pay for the extra coverage but just told my agent to send Kubota a copy of my homeowners policy.I guess that was good enuff!! I recieved my payment book today.

Hey Ronbo,

Who was that policy with? Since I am not resident on my land where the 'Bota lives, I had to get the "Inland Marine" policy (about $300/yr with $500 deductible) added to my general liability policy. Now the State Farm underwriters are threatening to cancel the policy BECAUSE I'm not resident!

I opted to not go with the Kubota insurance, because I am pretty sure that it would only pay Kubota for the remaining loan value on the tractor, so if I pay on it for 2yrs and then it gets stolen, Kubota gets paid off, and I get NOTHING!

Sounds like I need one of your policies!
