Buying Advice Kubota, Kioti, John Deere, Bobcat, Mahindra or Massey Ferguson Which one is best??

Well after about 2 or three weeks of seriously searching I have found that the MF 1529 HST was the tractor for me. The 1635 was just too big for my needs and too expensive. All the MF dealers thought that the 1529 would suit my needs just fine. I got the 1529 with FEL and MMM for $20,500 with delivery. The guys at B. Equip near Waynesboro PA are really great and helpful and I will likely be dealing with them again if I want another toy . The MF HST came standard with a deluxe seat and adaptive throttle control so its just like driving a automatic :thumbsup:. I will do a proper review after playing around with it more! Thanks to everyone on this forum for all the helpful information everyone has given me and hopefully this will help some other people!

I have a Kubota B7510, 21HP, 4x4, HST along with a Kubota Zero Turn, same engine, HST. Both work very well. Economical on fuel. The Tractor does almost everything I try to do. It is light, handles well and is comfortable to operate. I have the loader & several implements including a Tiller, which works great. I am preparing a new homesite including, garden, greenhouse, drive, septic and more. At times I wish for a Backhoe but at $6000. I can hire it done for far less when I really need it.

All in All I have found I can do almost everything I need to do even while sometimes wishing for a bigger machine. I have had only normal maintanence in 5 or 6 years I have owner the tractor. It is very reliable & paid for at purchase.

Take a look. Maybe you do not need too large a tractor for the job.

Like the TYM and it has a nice enclosed cab and a loader and is a 3-point set-up PTO for around 19K. Good financing also if needed.

What TYM model might you be looking at?

Surely there is nothing wrong with an off brand but you will sometimes see lower quality and dealer network will not be nearly the same as a major brand. I currently have a similar set up to what I believe you are describing that I am looking to unload - but it is a JD 3120. Although they will spec out similarly a JD offers more comfort and an overall better machine.

That said if your looking for a nice new tractor on a budget a TYM will do it. If it were me I would feel more comfortable with a nice used major brand.

See if you have an LS dealer in your area. LS is a Korean tractor with a list of standard options that is impressive. The construction of these units is massive, much heavier than the Kubota I opted for. I'm not regretting my Kubota, the LS was just a bigger tractor than I needed. Two of the options I was not familiar with is draft control on the 3 point and dual rear hydraulics.

TYM is a fine tractor. You will be OK if you go that route.
