Kubota L2350 Clutch

New in here and hoping for a little help. bought an L2350 used and ran it for awhile, and i need to put a clutch in it. Never put one in a tractor but dont really see the problem. Was hoping someone could just get me started so to speak, any tips you know.

Also am looking for a repair or service manual, was hoping someone could tell me the best one to get.

Any help is greatly appreciated. thanks

It depends if the PTO is controlled by the clutch (two stage) or not (single stage).

If you have a two stage clutch, I would encourage you to take it to a Kubota dealer. They have the necessary alignment tools to do this job right the first time or you might get to pay twice.

If it is a single stage clutch, it is just about like a car / light truck clutch - split it at the bellhousing and install the new parts.

I appreciate the info yankee, i have checked into that somewhat and havent had anyone tell me yet which one it is. Single or not? is there anyway to tell?

The l2350 only came out with a single clutch, the parts for the job will cost around 300.00 depending on what you need. A service manual for that tractor will run 135.00, If I can help contact me at parts@parsonstractor.com
