Mystery solved, evidently when I changed the fuel filter, I left the bleed valve open from trying to bleed earlier and it pushed air back to the hose before the filter, once that hose going into the filter was taken off and started to flow fuel, it was reconnected to the filter and the world was right again. Thanks for everyones input

Your not the first one to do that.. & its good to read about it again.. ITS VERY COMMON.. & something worth mentioning..
You wouldn't believe the calls I get about>> you just worked on my pump & now it wont start.. My 1st & 2nd response is>>
Did you hook up the electric shut-off.. & did you turn the fuel back on.??
I usually get silence on the other end of the phone.. proceeded by, Let me go check, I'll call you back..
ONLY about 50% call me back.. the other 50% are to embarrassed..
