Kubota L3430 or B7800 or B3030

I have a b7800 with a 5' mmm & fel. I use the mower to cut about 3.5 acres each week. I can take the deck off or put it on in about 5 minutes without tools. The same goes for the FEL. I give kuboat a lot of praise for the ingenuity - assuming it was their design.

I have also used my tractor to cut fields, landscape, & move stone. I have no regrets with my purchase.

Thank you to everyone for helping me sort this all out. My first post. Good experience

Tough choice, all 3 are fine machines & will serve you well. The 3030 is a well engineered machine, i own one and its a joy to operate. Your columbo reference made my day, big fans of the lutennent.

imho, I think you would find the L3430 to be too much tractor once you got past the initial backload of work you have, so I would agree with some of the other posters to buy for your long-term needs. You may find you can still get your backlog done with a B-series.

That being said, I've written many posts about the virtues of the B3030 over a B7800, so if your budget allows the B3030, I would point you in that direction.

I agree with the long term approach. I have 100 acres with a driveway that is 1 mile long. Lots of blading and snowblowing. When we first built on the property, I rented a large FEL to do the initial heavy work. Since then my 7800 has been adequate. You always run into situations when you wish you had something a little larger. However, for the bang for the buck, don't get more than what you need in the long run. 7800 FEL Box Blade, rear blade snow blower and brush mower. 350 hours and no problems.

How about a 3130? I love mine I'm on 7 acres. in the end for me it came down to the size of the loader and 3pt implements you can use, equaling less time to get the job done. More time to drink beer!! but for just a few more dollars i could get???? any one of them beat the alternative. Good Luck!
