Just some thoughts:
Historically, Deere holds value better than any other brand, bar none.
Kubota is supposed to be a very good machine.
Have you sat in both of them and tried working with them? This would be my next step. Which is more comfortable?
Now, have you tried a Case? The smaller Farmalls seem to be cheaper than the other guys. We have been VERY happy with our Farmall 60 and it was priced same as the other guys smaller tractors. Of course, it was the previous model year that had spent an entire year sitting on the lot without any buyers.
