Where are you thinking of installing it? I still haven't made any changes to our M59 exhaust - in spite of threatening to do so for years. It seems like lthe M59 exhaust has gotten louder and developed an exhaust leak sound. Haven’t found a leak and suspect it may come thru the muffler? Bad baffle or packing?
Ordered a SS resonator but haven’t installed it yet.

Consider wrapping exhaust with heat wrap cloth tape. Might help with sound and under the hood heat.
Looking at the OEM Kubota exhaust on the M59, it does look thrown together without much thought. It's a hodge podge of idea - including that weird water cooled heat exchanger. My guess is they were confused by those Tier IV Interim emission requirements.
Bottom line is It should be easy to improve on the OEM exhaust. It already seems overly complex & restrictive.
